DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER

Please double check and confirm that your contact information, shipping address and email is accurate before submitting your order.  In the case that your order is returned to us due to user error such as a incorrect or incomplete mailing address we will contact you by email for a correct address.  KEEP IN MIND THAT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RETURN FEE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. 

PROCESSING/ SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your order. All items are handcrafted with care, we are always creating our small batches to ensure quality for our clients. Shipping takes 5-7 days (in addition to processing time) depending on the day of the week, holidays etc.  Once you receive your confirmation email, we recommend to ensure that someone will be available to retrieve your package immediately after it is delivered.

PICK UP ORDERS

We do not deliver however, you may pick up your order. Just choose pick up as your shipping option and we will contact you with your pick up date.  Pickup location will be provided to you after your order has been processed.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products we do not allow refunds or exchanges.

MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS

If this is the case, please email us immediately at info@ladiesfirstbathco.com

Please email us within 24 hours so that this issue can be corrected.

If you run into a issue where your package is not at your home/office, immediately check your shipping confirmation.  If USPS or UPS is stating that it was shipped, please contact them to file a claim.  We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after it leave our facility.

Everyone has different skin types.  All of our products are made with high quality ingredients.  Please make sure that you pay attention to the list of ingredients that's posted under each product.  If you develop a rash or any type of discomfort, wash product off immediately and discontinue use as soon as possible. All products are for external use only.
